How is my personal information protected when I order from Ladybird Line?

Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy, the following notice explains the information we collect, how it is used, safeguarded, and how to contact us if you have any concerns.

As part of the order process, the following information is collected from shoppers:
Name 
Shipping Address 
Email address 
Contact number 
Credit/Debit Card Information – the last 4 digits of your credit card only.

Your order is processed by Authorize.net or PayPal. Ladybird Line does not have access to your complete credit card information for online orders. For orders made over the phone or fax, the credit card information is destroyed after the order has been processed and does not remain on file.

Ladybird Line does not share your email address with any outside companies or listings. They remain stored in our database for the purpose of sending emails regarding specials and promotions that happen periodically throughout the year. Any customer can request to have their email address removed at any time by contacting us at sales@ladybirdline.com.

 

How can I place an order with Ladybird Line?

Orders can be made either online, by phone, or send a us at email at mina@ladybirdline.com . You can choose to use PayPal or one of the following major credit cards – MasterCard, Discover, or Visa.

There is no minimum order required and we offer FREE shipping on orders $75 or more in the USA. Shipping costs do apply to international orders.

*Please ensure the correct sizing and color prior to placing your order.

Order Disclaimer: Due to circumstances beyond our control, we cannot always guarantee the continuity or exact shade of our material. Minor differences may also occur in fabric weight, size and construction of the finished product.

When can I expect to receive my package?

Our normal method of shipment is USPS. 
Shipping times:  

  • First Class Mail is 3-5 business days depending on location 
  • Priority Mail is 2 -4 days, depending on location 

We accept no liability for any loss or damage suffered by the purchaser because of any delay in delivery.

Does Ladybird Line offer refunds and exchanges? What is the process?

Ladybird Line does accept refunds and exchanges on unworn garments that are returned within 14 days of purchase. Any garments that have been altered, embroidered, soiled, or washed cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Simply include your invoice and a note stating the reason for refund or exchange, along with your item(s), and mail it to the address below. You are responsible for the shipping charge on returns and exchanges. In the event of an exchange, Ladybird Line does not charge shipping on the exchanged item(s).

How do I care for my products?

Ladybird Line Apparel is designed with high-quality fabric to allow for everyday use in your profession of choice. Most of our smocks, vests, pants, and aprons have been treated to provide you with hair repellent, bleach resistant and water repellent features and others are waterproof for added functionality. To maintain the overall look and feel of our products, we ask that you follow the wash and wear instructions.

While we recommend that you hand wash in cold and wash separately, we understand that having flexibility in the care of your products saves much valued time. Please follow the care instructions below to help extend the life of your fashionable and affordable industry apparel.
SMOCKS, PANTS
Ladybird Line smocks and pants are made of high quality and treated polyester, designed with you in mind.
WASH AND WEAR:
·         Machine wash, cold water using a mild detergent
·         We recommend you wash separately or use a laundry bag
·         Hang to dry
·         Iron safe on most products. Please show caution to avoid ironing areas designed with rhinestones, mesh and knit panels.
APRONS
Ladybird Line aprons are made of high-quality polyester designed with you in mind. Most of our aprons are treated to be water repellent, hair repellent, and bleach resistant and are a softer material, so it is important to show additional care when washing these styles.
WASH AND WEAR:
·         Machine wash, cold water using a mild detergent all treated water repellent, hair repellent, and bleach resistant aprons
·         We recommend you wash separately or use a laundry bag
·         Hang to dry
·         Iron on low setting. Please show caution to avoid ironing apron areas designed with rhinestones, faux leather, and studs.

WATERPROOF APRONS, SMOCKS, AND PANTS
Please show caution when caring for waterproof aprons, vests, smocks, and pants.
WASH AND WEAR:
·         We recommend you hand wash waterproof treated apparel or machine cold wash separately, using a mild detergent
·         Hang to dry

 

Does Ladybird Line offer special pricing for salons and schools?
Ladybird Line is supportive of students and industry business owners and we are pleased to offer salon and school pricing based on the quantities purchased. Please email all inquiries to denika@ladybirdline.com or sales@ladybirdline.com

How can I become a distributor for Ladybird Line?
Ladybird Line offers opportunities for companies around the world to become distributors for our high-quality apparel. We review each request on an individual basis to ensure a good fit with our business model and we consider the geographic locations of other distributors in the decision-making process.
There is a $2500 USD minimum order quantity for distributors on each order.
