The size chart is reflective of the garment size dimensions. These leggings contain Spandex to allow for some stretch and movement and so we recommend you go down a size. For example if you wear a large, order medium.

The best pants I ever bought, great for work and home.
These leggings are worth the money. If you’re grooming or working with hair in any capacity, buy them. I’ve been wearing them to work and nothing absolutely nothing sticks to them. I’ve even baked with them and flour doesn’t even stick on them. They’re the best and they’re very flattering. I don’t think I’ve ever been so happy about a purchase before!
great quality in the stitching and style. Purchased the medium size because I wear 6 US women's size in pants. Fits loose around the waist. Therefore when I purchase again, I will select the small size. I gave these pants a five star due to how they repell hair and stay dry while I'm working at the dog grooming spa.
These shadow leggings are very well made and I love how jet black and silky they are. They fit well and I loved them so much I had to get one more pair. I am 5ft 4 and 176 and they fit well. I would guess anyone weighing 165 up to 180 lbs would fir size medium. One pair is for work and the other pair for any casual outing. THANK YOU for quality and beauty!
